The Knowledge Network on Climate Assemblies (KNOCA) aims to improve the commissioning, design, implementation and impact of climate assemblies, using evidence, knowledge exchange and dialogue. We are an active community of policy makers, practitioners, activists, researchers and other actors with experience and interest in climate assemblies who co-create activities and knowledge.
Request for observers and facilitators
The first Skopje Climate Assembly in North Macedonia is taking place to find solutions for the significant air pollution, that affects health and well-being of residents of Skopje.
The Climate Assembly will gather citizens from different backgrounds who will discuss with experts and prepare recommendations on how to deal with air pollution. Their recommendations will then be presented do the City of Skopje and the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning.
Currently the organisers are looking for international observers as well as for local facilitators to support the process
