The Knowledge Network on Climate Assemblies (KNOCA) aims to improve the commissioning, design, implementation and impact of climate assemblies, using evidence, knowledge exchange and dialogue. We are an active community of policy makers, practitioners, activists, researchers and other actors with experience and interest in climate assemblies who co-create activities and knowledge.

Paper proposals are invited for the workshop "Can democratic innovations support environmental governance? Theoretical and empirical evidence of challenges and opportunities" as part of the Nordic Environmental Social Science Conference (NESS), University of Gothenburg, Sweden, June 7-9, 2022. The closing date for abstracts is 15 December, but the organisers of the workshop say that they will accept late applications! More details of the conference and workshop here.
