In our Annual Event 2023 we celebrated another year of developing best practice on Climate Assemblies in close collaboration with our network.

In a packed program with three separate sessions, we first reflected on the emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities within climate assemblies based on the past year’s research and practice in the field. We then held an Innovation Market with contributions from nine of KNOCA’s member organizations on topics ranging from hosting assemblies in areas of conflict to engaging children and young people. The final session was an illuminating discussion with two high profile guests on “how to get the politics right” along with a focus on the challenges of embedding assembly practice within the political arena.
