This event will be held at Central European Time (CET)

Climate assemblies are increasingly being used in a variety of different European countries at different scales of governance to inform policy responses and social action on climate change. Appetite is growing in countries that have not yet used such processes to explore the possibility of doing so, and to draw on existing experiences and models.

For this reason, KNOCA wants to provide an opportunity for everybody who is curious to learn what the key features of climate assemblies are and what one should consider when initiating and delivering one.

The introduction will be led by Frederik Langkjær, Project Manager at the Danish Board of Technology who will go through the key features of climate assemblies. He will be joined by Kelly McBride (TPX Impact) and Kaela Scott (Involve) who will share some of their insights from Scotland’s Climate Assembly and the UK Climate Assembly and help answering questions from the audience.
